Notice of Grant Award
- Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) receives award notification from sponsor which is then distributed to Sponsored Programs Accounting (SPA), PI and Office of Research (OoR) .
Establishing/modifying Chartfield
- SPA is the central post award office responsible for establishing or modifying project identifiers. Once the database is populated, and authorization form is distributed to indicate the project is ready for use. Note: Cost sharing projects should also be established during this process.
