Build on the knowledge gained from your master’s degree and experience in the music industry by studying vocal pedagogy theory and practice, foreign language diction for singers, and private voice training with leading New York City vocalists. Your Academic Experience
Through your course work, you will study vocal pedagogy theory and practice, foreign language diction for singers, and vocal repertoire for teaching. You’ll complete your courses on a part-time schedule over two years.
You must demonstrate proficiency in both music theory/aural comprehension and music history through placement exams, or complete review courses in these areas before beginning your program of study.
