Student Clubs

The Department of Music and Performing Arts Professions (MPAP) supports 15 student clubs.  To start a club or learn more about the process, see the MPAP Guidelines for Student Clubs and Organizations.MPAP Guidelines for Student Clubs and Organizations are comparable to Kimmel Center and TSOA policies. These are basic guidelines. There may be more policies or procedures depending on the type of event a club/organization is requesting.

MPAP’s Theatre Use Committee annually reserves five week-long bookings in the spring in the Black Box Theater for student events. Due to limited department facilities and curricular needs, we cannot accommodate all additional club requests to use our performance spaces; we refer those whose requests we cannot accommodate to the Center for Student Life for assistance in finding space.
