Post-Baccalaureate Advanced Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages: Program of Study
Post-Baccalaureate Advanced Certificate, TESOL (15 points)
This program requires 15 units to complete. It consists of five courses and an internship. The instructors are full- and part-time faculty members in the TESOL program in the School of Education, who are experienced professionals in the field. Credits earned in the advanced certificate program can be transferred into the currently registered 34-unit MA TESOL (TSOL) program at NYU.
Courses are offered throughout the fall and spring semesters (selective electives are available in summer semester). Students may complete the program in two or more semesters.
