Administration and Finance

Administration and Finance are responsible for managing and coordinating key operational areas that ensure Steinhardt functions efficiently and effectively. The division is composed of five main units: Strategic Initiatives, Human Resources, Technology Services, Facilities Administrative Services, and Finance.

Faculty Affairs

The Office of Faculty Affairs is committed to fostering faculty development at the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. Generally, the Office seeks to assist faculty in all aspects of their career, from appointment to retirement.

Global Affairs

The Office of Global Affairs and Experiential Learning supports faculty in the development of international collaborations and the delivery of study abroad; and oversees external partnerships with internship, clinical placement, and service-learning sites.

Institutional Effectiveness

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness supports the school’s mission, goals and initiatives through data access and analysis, program evaluation, curricular development and improvement, and specialized program assessment.

Research and Sponsored Projects Administration

The Office of Research is the designated pre-award and post-award administration office for Steinhardt, providing top-quality support to the school’s research, creative activity, and outreach initiatives.
