In order to complete the BS in World Language Education, you must take 128 points (or credits) of coursework. Your program of study consists of 48 points of liberal arts courses, which includes 32 points of the required College Core Curriculum; and an additional 80 points of course work, including 36 points of content core (intensive linguistic work in the language of your choice) and 37 points of common and specialized pedagogical core classes that build your skills in teaching techniques and creating curricula. You will complete two semesters of teaching opportunities in a public or independent school setting.

Teaching and Learning majors are expected to maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 in order to meet minimum program standards.
