The Steinhardt Leadership Program

The Steinhardt Leadership Program (SLP) is an extensive training program for high potential administrators in Steinhardt. The program is facilitated by the University's Talent, Learning and Organizational Development team (TLOD) and will cover a wide array of topics focusing on administrative leadership skills in higher education. Also included are a 360-degree feedback assessment and a one-on-one confidential session with a TLOD coach.

In previous years, courses have included:

Eligibility

The SLP is open to all full-time administrators in good standing with at least one year of service at Steinhardt and at least two years of service in roles in which they supervised one or more full-time employees.
