Professor Rachel Curran is a Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ who specializes in eating disorders and co-occurring disorders. Professor Curran is also a consultant with the National Eating Disorders Association, where she serves as a Trainer and Facilitator for The Body Project. Prior to her current roles, she was a School Counselor for more than 10 years. Professor Curran has been an Adjunct Instructor with NYU since 2018. Certifications: NJ State School Counselor Standard Certification, Licensed Professional Counselor (NJ), Nationally Certified Counselor, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certification. Education: Rider University-Master of Arts in Counseling Services and Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Fine Arts. Courses: Career Counseling, Foundations of School Counseling, Practicum in School Counseling, Internship in School Counseling I, Internship in School Counseling II, and Internship in School Counseling III.
