Frances Hogan is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Departments of Applied Psychology and Teaching & Learning, and teaches in NYU's Prison Education Program. She is a PhD candidate in Teaching and Learning focusing on Early Childhood Education under Dr. Erin O'Connor.
Frances has served as a Residency Director for Secondary (7-12) & Inclusive Childhood (K-5) graduate student Residents in NYU Steinhardt's Teacher Residency Program and as a Field Mentor to undergraduate and graduate student teachers in early childhood education, childhood education, and special education.
A former foster care social worker and human rights advocate, Frances earned her BA from Case Western Reserve University and MA from Columbia University. She is a proud current member of ACT-UAW Local 7902 and former member of GSOC-UAW Local 2110.
