Behind the Lecture

Cellist and adjunct faculty member Julian Schwarz explains, from his many years of performing, the four things a student needs to succeed in a musical career. 1 - love of the music; 2 - be curious to discover and constantly push yourself to learn more.; 3 - it's okay to be nerdy and a scholar, don't be embarrassed by it; and 4 - Avoid dogma and preconceived ideas.
