

ExtraLicious Antioxidant Berry Smoothie Parfait
Recipe by Ella Davar (MS '18)
The fruit used in this recipe can be flexible depending on what you have available.
Ingredients
- A handful of blueberries
- Some raspberries (or any other berry mix)
- An apple (or banana)
- 1 stalk of celery or kale
- Fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- 2 dates (if you'd like your parfait on a sweeter side)
- 1 tablespoon of greens powder
- Yogurt
- Granola for sprinkling
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Voila! Serve the smoothie with yogurt and top with granola.
