Jordan Cohen (BS 2011) is Executive Director of Communications at The New York Times. Jordan helps oversee external communications, media appearances and speaking engagements for Times reporters, editors and business executives. He collaborates with teams across the company to increase the global reach and engagement of Times journalism and understanding of its mission and business model. 

Favorite MCC Memory
Meeting some of my fellow MCC majors on that very first day of lecture for Intro to Media Studies, many of whom became my closest friends.

Claire Knebl (BS 2013) is the Senior Director of Marketing at Ritual, where she is building a brand that turns healthy habits into a Ritual, starting by reimagining the multivitamin. Passionate about the brands that inspire a change in women’s everyday lives, she previously paired that focus with a love of storytelling at Glossier. Claire's career started in editorial at Teen Vogue and Into The Gloss.

Michael Mendieta (BS 2013) is the co-chairman of the MCC Alumni Network. He works as an Associate Creative Director at Interbrand, a consultancy specializing in creative brand strategy. There, he oversees the creation and implementation of brand voice, messaging, copy, and naming projects for clients such as Google, Ford, TD Bank, and Amazon. Previously, he worked at Ogilvy & Mather for 3 years writing print, digital, and TV advertisements.

Carlisa Robinson (BA 08) is both an MCC alum and its current Operations Administrator, managing research accounts and program budgets, coordinating events, and overseeing the MCC Alumni Network's Mentorship Program. She has an MBA in Marketing from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. 

A proud Brooklyn native, Carlisa enjoys music, art, and engaging in volunteer activities such as mentoring young women and producing community fashion shows.

Lindsey Solomon (BS 2013) works as a fashion publicist. He has spent the last 5 five years at MODEWORLD, an indie PR and branding firm, working with the likes of top brands as Need Supply, R13, Eckhaus Latta, and Collina Strada. Solomon's specialty is working with growing small brands from inception to showing at fashion week.

Favorite MCC Memory
Meeting John Stewart during my Intro to Media Studies lecture freshman year. It was such a surprise, and plus being on Oprah wasn't bad either.

Jasmine Yook (BS 2014) is a New York based brand marketer and strategist with a background in media and retail. She is currently part of the Social team at Amazon Fashion and works to drive commerce and brand storytelling through the lens of content and social. Previously she worked on social and brand marketing strategies for various blue chip companies like Nike and Victoria's Secret and media companies in NYC.

Hosting an event as the president of Comm Club with featured guest Eva Chen (now head of IG Fashion Partnerships).
