The Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development invites outstanding students to challenge themselves intellectually, engage in independent research, and extend their academic exploration beyond our borders.
Matriculated undergraduate students with superior academic records are honored in various ways, such as placement on the Dean’s Honors List, election to honor societies, admission to departmental honors programs, and graduation with honors. Other opportunities for intellectual engagement and independent investigation include Global Honors Seminars and Grants for Student Research.
Through our various honors components, students engage in global study, conduct independent research, develop leadership skills, and participate in focused social and cultural networking activities.
