Randi Sloan (MA/NYU) has been on faculty in the NYU Steinhardt Dance Education Program since 2007 and has been teaching and chairing the dance department at the Dalton School in NYC since 1984.  Randi is also an instructor for DEL (Dance Education Laboratory) at the 92nd Street Y Harkness Dance Center. She has served as consultant and teacher of dance pedagogy, as well as adviser for the Blueprint for Teaching & Learning in the Arts for the New York City Department of Education. 

Randi has taught teacher training workshops for SASI (Center for Arts Education), at the Philadelphia Arts Projects under the aegis of Madeline Cantor at Bryn Mawr College, and at CIty Center Arts Education program. She created the dance programs at The DeSisto School in Stockbridge and The Lorge school in NYC. She has also taught in academic venues both nationally and internationally, including Milan, Oakland University, Wayne State University, and the Dance Arts Academy.  

Randi is a member and presenter of NDEO and the International Dance Council CID.
