Stefani Bardin is an artist and academic working with neuroscientists, biologists, engineers, and gastroenterologists to explore the influences of corporate culture and industrial food production on our food system and the environment. Her work has been written about in Wired Magazine, Scientific American, Art21, Forbes, New York Magazine, The Huffington Post, and The Village Voice and published by the Bauhaus Press imprint Spector Books. She also teaches at Tisch in the graduate Interactive Telecommunications Program.
