Allie Wist is an artist, photo editor, researcher, and writer whose work covers food media, culture, climate, and the environment. She is currently a photo editor at Bon Appétit and was an Art Director at Saveur magazine for four years prior to that. Her work has been covered and published by NPR, BBC, Newsweek, and others. Her work has been exhibited with Honolulu Biennial and the Wellcome Collection.
