Warren tweets about tech and bias

When Elizabeth Warren unveiled her platform on disability rights last week, it included a reference to a paper co-authored by Professor Mara Mills.

The work cited, Disability, Bias, and AI, foregrounds the ways in which technology can further marginalize vulnerable populations.

Professor Mills is a founding member of the steering committees for the cross-school minors in Science and Society Disability Studies. With Faye Ginsburg, she is co-founder and co-chair of the NYU Center for Disability Studies.
