Steinhardt Strolls is back! Walking enhances cognitive functions for memory and focus, increases creativity, lowers stress, and promotes mindfulness. We need to move more as a community, so why not do it together! Steinhardt Strolls is a weekly two-lap walk around Washington Square Park, every Wednesday during the Summer 2026 semester. All are welcome to join. We will meet on the first floor of Pless Hall, and then head out to start our laps to the right of the park. We will walk as long as the weather permits (no rain or extreme heat walks).
