Tiffany Garcia serves as the Adjunct Instructor for the Professional Development course in the PAA program. In addition to her role in the PAA program, Tiffany also works full-time as the Associate Director of Coaching and Programming at Teachers College, Columbia University. As a coach and higher education practitioner, she is extremely passionate about helping students navigate their professional and academic careers with ease. She has coached and worked with clients on various topics including career pivots, international job search, and reintegration into the workforce. Serving clients in Marketing, Education, Human Capital Management, and Technology spaces.
She holds a BS in Legal Studies from St. John’s University, MS in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University, and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
