Steve Goldstein is an internationally recognized executive and leader in scaling and refining audio ventures across podcasting, radio, satellite radio, and voice platforms. With a keen eye for innovation and a track record of success, he has developed numerous successful podcast initiatives, radio shows, and monetization strategies, while also nurturing top talent in the industry.

In 2015, Steve launched Amplifi Media, a pioneering audio advisory firm. Amplifi specializes in guiding clients through various aspects of the audio landscape, including strategy, content development, organizational efficiency, and content discovery. Renowned organizations such as Ramsey Solutions (Dave Ramsey), EY (Ernst & Young), ABC News, NBCUniversal TV, Skyview Networks, CurtCo Media, Beasley Media, Alpha Media, SpokenLayer, and SiriusXM have entrusted Amplifi with their audio needs. Moreover, Amplifi is proud to be a co-producer of the leading "branded" podcast in the United States.

Before founding Amplifi, Steve served as a founding partner and Executive Vice President of Saga Communications (NASDAQ: SGA). During his tenure, Saga Communications grew to operate over 100 radio stations and became publicly traded on the American Stock Exchange. Prior to that, Steve made significant contributions to the audio industry as an on-air personality, news anchor for the ABC Radio Network, and a key member of the team that launched the NBC Radio Network's "The Source." Throughout his career, he programmed radio stations in New York, Detroit, and Hartford, Connecticut for notable companies such as ABC, Capital Cities, Metromedia, and Chase Enterprises.

Currently, Steve shares his wealth of knowledge and industry expertise as an adjunct professor at NYU's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. He teaches a fully accredited course titled "The Business of Podcasting," offering students insights into the dynamic world of podcasting. In addition to his academic pursuits, Steve is a prolific thought leader who frequently speaks at major conferences, shedding light on the future of audio. He also maintains a globally followed blog that explores various topics related to podcasting and the broader audio landscape.
