AK Rahim a Senior Research Associate with ECDEC, Global TIES for Children. He has a BA from George Washington University (Washington, DC) in International Development Studies and Geography. His research focuses on South Asian sociolinguistic and culture, particularly on the Rohingya community. Prior to joining NYU, he worked with different international organizations in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh and Sittwe, Myanmar.
