Dr. Staci Ripkey is the Associate Dean for Student Affairs & Academic Support Services and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU College of Dentistry, where she teaches courses in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, educational pedagogy, and communication in healthcare. Additionally, Dr. Ripkey serves as an Associate in the NYU Dentistry Center for Oral Health Policy & Management.

As an Adjunct Assistant Professor within the Higher Education and Student Affairs program at NYU's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, & Human Development, Dr. Ripkey teaches courses including: "College Student Learning & Development," The Impact of College on Student Success," "Professional Seminar in Higher Education," and "Campus Communities & Student Subcultures." Her research interests include organizational change in higher education, leadership, college student retention and success, and teaching & learning in higher education.

With more than a decade of experience as a higher education administrator, Dr. Ripkey has also held roles in medical education at Columbia University’s College of Physicians & Surgeons, and undergraduate education at New York University’s College of Arts and Science. She holds a Doctorate in Higher & Postsecondary Education from Columbia University, a Master of Education in Organization & Leadership from Columbia University, a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Rutgers University.
