Tom Lapke is a serial entrepreneur and founder, partner, and board member of Six Legions Media, which runs Actors Launchpad, REELARC, and Moodcaster. He is also the owner of ActorWebsiteDesign.com and the soon to launch ShowBizSwag.com
Lapke founded and ran the Education and Events division for Backstage, after being hired by them during their purchase of his website AuditionUpdate.com
To date, Lapke has organized over 1,500 classes, events, and workshops with some of the industry’s leading professionals. He is considered an expert in the field of actor marketing and business development and loves teaching actors how to apply business management techniques to their careers.
Tom has taught classes in business, performance, and public speaking for NYU, The Actors Studio, BMCC, and The University of Florida, from which he holds an MFA in performance.
