Justine De Persia (née Kelly-Fierro) serves as the Associate Director, Student Leadership & Engagement in the Office of Student Affairs. She received her MPA from NYU Wagner ('10), and her BA from NYU Gallatin ('07). Justine has worked at NYU Steinhardt since 2007, and is passionate about the intersection of leadership development and social justice education. In her role, Justine manages orientation programming for new students, advises the Undergraduate Student Government, and facilitates programs on topics such as mindfulness, stress management, & apartment hunting. Her favorite aspect of her career involves getting to support students as they grow into thoughtful and compassionate young adults with the skills necessary to serve society.
