Minji manages the overall operations of the Performing Arts Administration graduate program, supporting faculty, students, and alumni. She also served as an academic advisor for five years and was honored with the 2025 Patricia M. Carey Advisor Award. 

She brings over a decade of experience in arts administration, from leading communications and events at the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) — a global network of more than 600 organizations — to roles at the Orchestra of St. Luke’s, Japan Society, and Carnegie Hall. She was a 2015 Emerging Leaders of New York Arts (ELNYA) Fellow and later served on its Board of Directors. 

Minji holds master’s degrees in Performing Arts Administration (NYU) and Mass Communication (University of Florida) and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
