Mickey Bronstein

Administrative Director

Mickey Bronstein is a recent graduate of NYU’s International Education Master's program, where she focused on human rights and education, both within the United States and globally. Upon finishing her master’s degree, Mickey traveled to Buenos Aires to conduct research on alternative education spaces that work through art, human rights, social memory, and cooperativism. Prior to attending NYU, Mickey interned at an alternative school in Costa Rica, as well as worked at an early childhood center in Manhattan, where she worked on facilitating social-emotional development for immigrant children on the Lower East Side. Mickey also worked in South Korea teaching English for eighteen months, and volunteered with the Israeli Red Cross in Israel for one year. She also worked in Australia, studied in New Zealand, and volunteered in Thailand and Laos with literacy programs for children in the community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Colby College. This is her first year working with MIAS.
