Where were you born/where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in New Jersey, about an hour outside of the city.
Where did you attend undergrad/grad school?
I completed my undergraduate degree at Fordham University, where I got my B.A. in English Literature and French Language. I completed my graduate degree at Montclair State University, where I got my M.A. in Counseling in Higher Education.
What is your go-to snack?
I love a good coffee, iced in the summer, hot in the winter. I also enjoy almonds and chocolate.
What is your favorite book?
As a former English major, it’s difficult to pick just one book. I enjoy work written by Jane Austen if I am in the mood for a classic, and books by Liane Moriarty, if I am in the mood for something more modern. I also have recently enjoyed reading non-fiction, including several biographies/autobiographies.
What is your favorite TV Show?
My TV interests are varied, from Game of Thrones to This is Us, to the Handmaid’s Tale. I enjoy a good drama!
What is your favorite kind of music?
I enjoy listening to many different genres of music, although right now I am on an 80’s and 90’s music kick.
What do you do in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My daughter was born earlier this year, so I am really enjoying watching her grow up!
Coolest thing you’ve done/seen in NYC?
In college I went to the taping of Dick Clark’s Rocking New Year’s Eve party, and was a “party person.” The party is actually filmed weeks before New Year’s Eve, and we filmed all day long!
Favorite Spot in NYC?
I have many favorites, but I am partial to Arthur Ave in the Bronx. The food is amazing!
