ASD Nest Instructional Support Consultant
Rani Pappan, M.S.Ed, provides on-site consultation and professional development for the ASD Nest Support Project in NYC Public Schools. She strives to give students of all abilities the opportunity to learn and grow to their full potential. Rani is a licensed special education teacher with a dual masters degree in early childhood special education and general education from Adelphi University. She is also certified in the TEACCH methodology and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. She uses a strength-based approach in her instruction and her focus is to support educators and families in promoting autonomy and collaboration.
