Rani Pappan, MSEd, provides on-site and remote consultation services to support and empower educators to establish inclusive and equitable classrooms that cultivate self-determination, engagement, and belonging. She strives to give students of all abilities the opportunity to learn and grow to their full potential. Rani is a licensed special education teacher with a dual masters degree in early childhood special education and general education from Adelphi University. She is also certified in the TEACCH methodology and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. She uses a strength-based approach in her instruction and her focus is to support educators and families in promoting autonomy and collaboration.
