As a member of the Center’s Executive Team, Marian oversees the organization, planning, and execution of all central day-to-day administrative activities, including:
- Financial management
- Human resources (HR) management
- Operations/space management
- Internal communications
Prior to joining Global TIES for Children, Marian served as a Human Resources Generalist at the NYU Stern School of Business, where she managed the full-cycle recruitment of the school’s technical staff. She has also worked at NYU Steinhardt’s Office of Academic Initiatives and Global Programs and the United Nations Global Alliance for ICT and Development (UN GAID).
Marian holds a B.S. in International Business and Marketing from Georgetown University, and an MPA from NYU Wagner, where her studies focused on International Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy.
