Jacqueline Terbay is the Faculty Affairs and Operations Manager in the Department of Teaching and Learning in the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development at New York University. With over 20 years of experience in higher education and theatre, her tenacity and perseverance have garnered consistent revenue growth, leadership development, and process improvement. She holds a master’s degree in fine arts and coaching leadership certification, efficiently spearheading teams and collaborating with executive management to streamline all facets of human development. She is a thought leader with extensive experience in event coordination, strategic planning, communication enhancements, faculty onboarding, staff mentorship, and so much more. She is solely responsible for managing and overseeing projects for the department internally and externally. As a dedicated committee member and leader, she thrives on improving organizational growth, building community, and fostering collaborative relationships to elevate departmental workflow.
