Courtney earned her BA in Political Science from Lebanon Valley College and her M.Ed in Leadership for Teaching and Learning with a focus in Higher Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. She has also studied and interned abroad at Maastricht University in The Netherlands. Courtney has higher education experience in Student Affairs and has previously worked for Arcadia University and Rider University. Courtney will be advising undergraduate students.
