Cheraine Donalea Scott holds an MA in Cultural and Critical Theory from the University of Westminster and a BA in Fashion Design from the University for the Creative Arts. Her research explores Black British music cultures, audiences and publics, sound media, surveillance, and national identity/memory/belonging. Cheraine has work published in the Summer 2020 issue of Soundings journal, has served as consultant on various art & culture projects and is an active member of the UK Black Music & Cultures Research Group.
