Brocha Stern graduated with her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Temple University in 2011 and her PhD in occupational therapy from NYU in 2020. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow in orthopedic clinical and outcomes research. Her clinical practice has focused on adult outpatient rehabilitation, with an emphasis on hand therapy. She self-identifies as a perpetual student and approaches teaching as a co-occupation, which involves reciprocal instructor and student engagement. She is privileged to serve as an active volunteer with multiple national professional associations.
