On Friday, April 9, five Performing Arts Administration alumni who have taken their careers to the next level during the pandemic shared their experiences with current students and alumni. Co-moderated by Program Administrator Minji Kim and Graduate Assistant Natasha Collier, the conversation with the PAA alumni explored various topics, such as securing a promotion, moving to a new company, and switching to a new art discipline. The alumni panelists also shared how the PAA degree helped them develop a professional network and how they leveraged these connections to achieve their career objectives.
Students also had a chance to speak directly and connect with the alumni panelists in a more intimate setting during the breakout sessions that followed the panel discussion.
This event is part of the Performing Arts Administration graduate program’s Conversations with PAA Alumni Series.
