NYU PAA's Minji Kim Completes Executive Coaching Certificate

Minji Kim, the program administrator and academic advisor of the Performing Arts Administration graduate program, has successfully completed the Executive Coaching Certificate program offered by the NYU School of Professional Studies.

Kim has been an integral part of the Performing Arts Administration program, where she provides operational support and academic advising for over 100 students. Her many contributions to the PAA community are essential to the program's success, providing guidance and support to students as they navigate their academic and professional journeys.

With the completion of the Executive Coaching program, Kim is now equipped with additional skills and tools that will enhance her academic advising. This certification has given her the competencies to coach individuals and teams, emphasizing the development of professional, leadership, and management skills.

"I am thrilled to have completed the Executive Coaching Certificate Program at the NYU School of Professional Studies," said Kim. "The training I have received is an invaluable addition to my skill set. I look forward to incorporating coaching into my academic advising.
