Nasrin works as a Humanities Teacher and as an Assistant to the Head of School at the City School of the Arts. Previously, she was the President of TEDxNYU, where she organized annual conferences, community and university wide events. During her last year at NYU, she also worked as an assistant to the Program Director of the Cascades High School advisory program of the NYC Department of Education, where she was responsible for drafting curricula and classroom resources for 230 students across 14 advisories.
“Ed Studies expanded my knowledge of the education system and introduced me to the many different ways in which I could be involved in the field,” said Nasrin.
