Redefining Holistic Education

We are committed to a holistic understanding of human development across the lifespan and address the full range of the human experience with more than 150 undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees and more than 20 advanced certificates and artist diplomas. Across 11 departments and 13 research centers and institutes, our collaborative innovation and spirit provide students and faculty unique, interdisciplinary opportunities.

Global Engagement

We leverage NYU’s vast, global network to expand opportunities for our students' and faculty's professional training and career advancement. Each semester, hundreds of our students study abroad in cities like Shanghai, Accra, Buenos Aires, Paris, and Sydney. Our unparalleled intersection of physical and psychological health, the arts, media, and communications positions us to build bridges and connect people around the globe.
