Ido Davidesco

Research Assistant Professor

Office Hours: Monday, 3:00 - 5:00 PM

My research merges cognitive neuroscience, psychology and education. I study students’ and teachers’ brain activity in real-world environments and in the laboratory in the context of science learning. I am also exploring how students' brain dynamics differ between face-to-face and online instruction, and how brain data can be used in real-time to improve e-learning.
Additionally, I am developing and evaluating an NIH-funded science curriculum, educational software and professional development for teachers as part of a program that enables students to design and conduct their own brain and behavior investigations in the classroom (https://wp.nyu.edu/brainwaves/).
