ExtraLicious Antioxidant Berry Smoothie Parfait

The fruit used in this recipe can be flexible depending on what you have available.

Ingredients

  • A handful of blueberries
  • Some raspberries (or any other berry mix)
  • An apple (or banana)
  • 1 stalk of celery or kale
  • Fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter 
  • 2 dates (if you'd like your parfait on a sweeter side)
  • 1 tablespoon of greens powder 
  • Yogurt
  • Granola for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. 
  2. Voila! Serve the smoothie with yogurt and top with granola.
