The Village Voices Contemporary and Jazz Vocal Ensemble delivers a diverse and exciting concert of varied repertoire and styles, pushing vocalists to use their voices in new and exciting ways. This semester presents classics from Night in Tunisia and Oh Lady Be Good to originals in odd meters expanding on the beatboxing tradition. Kinship and Musicianship are at the forefront of the mission led by Janis Siegel (The Manhattan Transfer) and Lauren Kinhan (New York Voices).
