String quartet and percussion are paired for a program that includes Augusta Read Thomas' Selene - Moon Chariot Rituals, Andy Akiho's LIgNEouS, and the recently rediscovered Suite for Marimba and String Quartet by percussionist David Carey. Together, these works explore both contemporary and rediscovered musical landscapes. Conducted by Jonathan Haas.
