How to Apply
Begin your application process by completing LSE’s online application. You do not need to submit an application to NYU Steinhardt. Both institutions will review your materials. Admission decisions are released on a rolling basis from LSE on behalf of both NYU Steinhardt and LSE beginning October for the following fall semester. Year 1 will be completed at LSE and Year 2 will be completed at NYU Steinhardt.
We carefully consider each application and take into consideration all the information included in your application such as:
- academic achievement
- statement of academic purpose
- letters of recommendation
- resume/CV
Learn more about supporting documents and other program details on LSE's site.
You may need to provide evidence of your English language proficiency. Review language requirements.
Upon admission to the dual degree, your application data and materials will be provided to NYU Steinhardt and we will create a record for you so there is no separate application at NYU.
If you are admitted to the dual degree and intend to enroll in the program, you will be required to submit final official transcripts directly from your degree granting institutions to NYU Steinhardt's Office of Graduate Admission prior to your first semester at NYU.
