James Sillcox is a career coach and consultant with expertise in job search and recruiting strategies. He manages procoastal, a boutique firm focused on helping people navigate work and life. James is an Adjunct Instructor at New York University, Pepperdine University, and Wilmington University, where he teaches courses in psychology and human resources. Previously, he was the Senior Director of Graduate Business Career Services at the University of San Diego and a director of career services at NYU’s Wasserman Center for Career Development.
