Meagan is an educational media researcher with experience spanning academia, corporate learning and children's media. She completed her masters in NYU's Digital Media Design for Learning program and a bachelors in Film Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. Meagan has worked as a researcher across many projects at the CREATE lab with partners at University of Vienna, NYSci, Microsoft Research and NYC DOE. She has also been a researcher with Sesame Workshop, The Joan Ganz Cooney Center, and The Walt Disney Company. Her research interests are in family learning, literacy, and UXR to improve digital experiences for children.
