Dr. Allyson Regis is a licensed psychologist who received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University. She has worked in several clinical settings and particularly enjoys working with first-generation college students who have difficulty navigating the college environment. She currently works in the Wellbeing Center at Southern Connecticut State University.
Dr. Regis has presented and published research in multicultural psychology and career development. Her scholarship is grounded in values of social justice advocacy and holistic and strength-based approaches to wellness.
