Richard Maloney, PhD, Clinical Associate Professor and Director, Performing Arts Administration - for serving on the ENCATC Research Award Jury and for being re-elected to the board of ENCATC, the European Network on cultural management and policy. ENCATC is the largest organization in the world devoted to supporting arts administration and cultural policy education, academic programs, and faculty members. Maloney was elected for a second term to the Board of Directors in December 2019.

Shelton has served as an important voice for dance across the globe.
- Donna Walker-Kuhne, adjunct faculty - awarded Rachel Crothers Leadership Award, League of Professional Theatre Women for her exemplary service while making significant contributions to American theatre. Donna Walker-Kuhne is the founder of Walker International Communications Group, a boutique marketing, press, and audience development agency. She is recognized as one of the country's foremost experts in audience development. She and her team specialize in multicultural marketing, group sales, multicultural press, and promotional events. She also received the 2019 Community Service Award from the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University-Newark for her persistence, dedication, and enthusiasm in serving as the Senior Community Liaison for the NJPAC and RU-N Collaborative in Newark, NJ.
