Dr. Justin John Moniz, Associate Director of Vocal Performance & Coordinator of Vocal Pedagogy, presented research at The Voice Foundation’s 51st Annual Symposium, Athens Institute for Education & Research – 13th Annual International Conference on Visual and Performing Arts, and The Paris Conference on Arts & Humanities. His accepted presentations and papers included, “Early Investigation of Reported COVID-19 Symptoms in Singers,” (co-authored with Dr. Aaron Johnson, Dr. Ana Flavia Zuim, and Ph.D student, Nicholas Connolly), “Assessing the Impact of Vocal Pedagogy Outreach Activities on Geographically, Culturally, and Economically Disadvantaged Communities,” and “Collaboration in Asynchronous Learning Networks: An Investigation of Effective Pedagogical Practices in the Musical Ensemble Setting,” respectively.
