Performing Arts Administration Professor Donna Walker-Kuhne is the chair of the steering committee for Creating Change: Moving Toward Equity, Justice, and Anti-Racism in the New Jersey Arts Community, an online summit presented on April 22 and 23, 2021 by the New Jersey Theatre Alliance and ArtPride New Jersey. Professor Walker-Kuhne also participated in a panel discussion on April 26 as part of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Arts Alliance’s Unconscious Bias Series. The panel of experts gave insights into their work and provided practical and tactical steps for addressing racial bias in organizations.
