The 1st Annual Leadership and Innovation Academic Conference will create a space for cross-sectoral research sharing and collaboration through panel presentations, research roundtables, and poster presentations. Coming together as a community, participants will gain insights from the research and industry knowledge of various members of the EdD, Leadership and Innovation community.

As a prelude to the launch of the Leadership and Innovation Journal, the focus of the 2024 Conference will be From Research to Publication. The Leadership and Innovation Journal will be an avenue to share research and ideas from the growing EDLI community and the Leadership and Innovation Action movement.

Join experts, Dr. Noel Anderson and Dr. Lisette Nieves at their session titled, Publishing 101 where they will share their expertise as researchers and authors. Participants will learn how to take their research to the stage of publication.

Participants will have an opportunity to submit proposals to present their research in several formats. These formats include research roundtables, poster presentations, and panel presentations. Additionally, submissions will be considered for publication in the Leadership and Innovation Journal. More information on this open call for submissions can be found on the Abstract Submission Information page. Submissions are to be submitted no later than April 15, 2024, 11:59 PM EST to be considered and can be submitted via the Abstract Submission Form.
