History of Art Since 1945

This lecture course examines the evolution of global art movements with a focus on ecology, feminism, and decolonial practices. Students explore how these frameworks have reshaped artistic production, challenging traditional narratives and providing alternative perspectives on art, culture, and identity. Through critical discussions and readings, students develop a deeper understanding of how contemporary art reflects and responds to the socio-political realities of the post-1945 world.
